Influences on my work:

• Stress

WATER has been one of the greatest influences on my work; the shapes lines and forms it creates. From being still and calm to raging rapids with great force and velocity. The life it brings and destruction it can cause.

I look at water and see simply lines and boundaries. Breaking a moving river down to basic geometric shapes.

I see fast flowing water reflecting off still pools like the collision of solid masses reflecting and rebounding.

From these shapes and lines I recreate what I see in a minimalist way.   Removing confused and uneven lines.
